About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality operational support to front-line teams, ensuring sales activities are met and service level agreements are adhered to.
  • Manage and prioritize work across shared intake channels (e.g., ServiceNow) to support national work-sharing objectives.
  • Execute transaction-related processes, including onboarding, due diligence, and CRM data updates.
  • Promote data governance best practices to ensure sales data consistency, accuracy, and usability across the organization.
  • Maintain CRM dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and sales cycle performance.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to facilitate decision-making.
  • Lead or support the implementation and continuous improvement of sales-related operational initiatives, tools, processes, and models.
  • Identify process gaps and develop scalable solutions to enhance efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Lead or contribute to strategic projects aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Participate in territory design and coverage models to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, anticipate needs, and coordinate timely follow-up to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training, onboarding resources, and cheat sheets to Sales Operations Team members to enable consistent adoption of tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Associates and Senior Associates to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment and a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in both official languages.
  • Advanced presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners.
  • Experience utilizing CRM systems and managing data with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with other functions and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Eligibility to work legally in Canada (Canadian citizens or permanent residents).
  • Must meet government security requirements.
