About the Role

Build a new product from the ground up in 3 months within a small, flat, and cross-functional team. Bridge user needs, technical constraints, and business value to create excellent products in a founder-style environment where roles overlap and evolve. Bring specialized skills while being prepared to take on any task necessary for team success. Individual performance is important, but team progress is the ultimate measure.

Responsibilities

  • Care about and empathize with the end user.
  • Begin writing meaningful shipping code by the end of week one.
  • Embrace core concepts and design patterns used in modern software engineering, including object-oriented, protocol-oriented, and reactive programming.
  • Review code from peer engineers to promulgate best practices.
  • Communicate development status to stakeholders—technical or otherwise.
  • Learn and leverage relevant new technologies, tools, methods and processes in development efforts.
  • Define, document, and communicate objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases.
  • Collaborate with teammates to prioritize product enhancements based on impact.
  • Communicate development status and document progress toward milestones.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or advanced degree from a top-tier university.
  • An entrepreneurial work style; a self-starter with a bias towards action.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience developing in a high-level programming language (Python, JavaScript, Java, Swift, etc.).
  • Open-minded and open to learning new things.
  • Empathetic.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be fully available in London from June 22, 2026, through September 18, 2026.
