About the Role

USA Mechanical is seeking an experienced, licensed HVAC Technician with a valid D-2 or S-2 license in CT to join their growing service company specializing in commercial and industrial applications. The role involves working with a broad account base throughout CT and RI, requiring strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to quality work within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a business relationship with internal and external customers.
  • Provide guidance and support to the USA Mechanical team.
  • Consistently demonstrate a high level of productivity with high quality outcomes.
  • Take initiative in helping solve commercial HVAC related issues.
  • On-call rotation
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Service repair and installation

Requirements

  • S-1 or S-2, D-1 or D-2 license in CT (Required)
  • OSHA 10 (Required)
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent data analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Requires 1-5+ years of related experience
  • Valid driver’s license
