About the Role

Moonfare is a fast-scaling fintech redefining access to private markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by ownership, pace, and impact. You will work directly with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth investors, and family offices, delivering actionable insights and tailored guidance to help them achieve their financial objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with high-net-worth individuals, ultra-high-net-worth investors, and family offices, delivering a best-in-class client experience
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients by providing insights, education, and guidance on private markets investments and portfolio construction
  • Support and execute private equity fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management
  • Take a proactive role in investor portfolio management, including portfolio reviews and identifying optimization opportunities
  • Identify and act on opportunities to contribute to revenue growth, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives
  • Prepare high-quality client materials, including investment memos, reports, portfolio updates, and presentations
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Account Management teams to enhance the investor experience

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, private markets, wealth management, or financial services
  • Has an MBA or CFA is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Full written and spoken professional working proficiency in German & English
  • Understanding of private markets (private equity, venture capital, alternatives) and portfolio construction principles
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of contributing to revenue growth or client expansion
  • Is proficient in portfolio planning and cash flow management
  • Has advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
