About the Role
Own the roadmap for the Orcrist platform, focusing on Kubernetes foundation, CI/CD, and deployment tooling. Ensure reliable installation and operation across various environments, serving engineering and field teams with fast, safe self-service capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define product vision, OKRs, and roadmap for developer self-service, installability, and observability.
- Conduct discovery with engineering teams and field operators to inform product development.
- Drive air-gapped packaging, installation, and upgrade processes as key product features.
- Measure and analyze platform health metrics, including reliability, time-to-production, CI/CD success, and cost.
- Coordinate dependencies across SRE, security, and customer-facing teams to ensure safe and repeatable releases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience in platform, infrastructure, or developer tools.
- Experience with security or compliance scope is ideal.
- Comfortable with Kubernetes/GitOps delivery, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and observability concepts.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Ability to balance reliability, security, and developer velocity.
- Familiarity with on-prem or air-gapped customer journeys.
- Eligible to work in Germany.
- Willingness to travel to Berlin for roadmap and team workshops.
