About the Role

This role will join Moonfare’s AI & Transformation team, responsible for building and scaling the company’s commercial systems and processes. The team operates at the intersection of Investor Relations, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product, owning the infrastructure, data, and automation that power revenue generation. The primary challenge is to make AI work effectively within a complex, regulated system with a long sales cycle, moving beyond theoretical applications.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain automation in HubSpot, including workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle management.
  • Define and own the architecture of Moonfare's AI-driven GTM engine, establishing standards for AI development, evaluation, and scaling.
  • Design and implement lead scoring models, incorporating both rules-based and AI-assisted approaches.
  • Manage HubSpot connectors to AI tools like Claude and other relevant software.
  • Improve data, lead generation, and enrichment processes using compliant sources.
  • Transform manual Go-To-Market (GTM) processes into scalable, agentic processes.
  • Continuously build and implement AI-driven automation use cases across GTM engineering and commercial teams, from conception to production.

Requirements

  • Extensive track record working with HubSpot.
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture and data models.
  • Experience with complex workflows and automation.
  • Hands-on experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude) in production workflows via tools like n8n, APIs, or similar automation frameworks.
  • Passion for coaching others on AI and knowledge multiplication.
  • Experience applying AI to lead scoring, prioritization, personalization, data classification, and enrichment.
  • Familiarity with APIs and integrations.
  • Ability to integrate AI into existing systems.
  • Eligible to live and work in Berlin.
