About the Role
As a Product Manager at UDig, you will work directly with clients to uncover insights, rapidly iterate business and technology strategies, and help teams move forward with clarity and confidence. You will be part of a strategy team focused on enabling clients to adopt solutions that provide real business impact. This role is for someone who leads with curiosity, translates listening into action, and drives strategy through to execution.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of custom solutions tailored to the unique aspects of client culture, ensuring seamless adoption.
- Support the design and creation of compelling prototypes or proof-of-concepts (POCs) that illustrate the solution's impact and effectively deliver the technical story to stakeholders.
- Contribute to recommendations on product feature prioritization, based on client and product knowledge, while supporting project timelines/resource plans.
- Go beyond explicit client requests to infer underlying needs by understanding business context, market trends, and industry knowledge.
- Work through complex organizational obstacles with persistence to help drive meaningful maturity within client environments.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with a strong background in Product Management, software engineering, UI/UX design, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to contribute to preliminary solutions for clients in support of pre-sales initiatives.
- Ability to help pass off structured solution plans to internal technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to work across IT and business stakeholders to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Prior professional experience within a technology consulting firm is required.
- Track record of growth and progression within a technology consulting firm.
