About the Role
GPJ is seeking a Creative Project Coordinator to manage communication between the creative team and internal partners, advocate for the creative team by removing obstacles, and traffic creative projects from request to completion. This role ensures programs are appropriately staffed and utilizes/establishes tools to keep the creative team organized.
Responsibilities
- Manage communication between the creative team and internal partners (account management, production, finance, strategy).
- Advocate for the creative team by removing obstacles.
- Assist with timeline creation and management, including follow-ups and communicating changes.
- Traffic creative projects from initial request through completion.
- Work with creative resourcing and Creative Directors to ensure appropriate staffing.
- Manage and establish project dashboards and status documents.
- Coordinate and attend internal briefings and reviews, capturing notes and next steps.
- Track down assets and files, and follow up on outstanding information.
- Set up creative folders and Slack channels, ensuring appropriate file saving and monitoring channels.
- Flag process issues to Creative Operations and collaborate on solutions.

- Ability to communicate ideas and project status with internal teams.
- Experience in the marketing industry.
- Ability to travel 10%.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
