About the Role

Metyis is a growing company seeking a Strategy and Execution Associate to join their team in London. This role offers the opportunity to shape the business, gain significant client exposure, and work closely with clients from the outset. Associates will lead client meetings, develop final deliverables, and see projects through from inception to execution.

Responsibilities

• Own key client deliverables
• Prepare client-facing presentations
• Provide status reports
• Develop client solutions
• Conduct data analyses to define client needs
• Supervise research activities to obtain relevant data
• Lead subsequent data gathering including primary and secondary research
• Prepare and participate in workshops
• Lead the formulation of research hypotheses
• Conduct advanced data analyses of client, competitor, and industry data
• Apply consulting skills and commercial awareness to support strategy development
• Support the creation and development of business cases
• Support the implementation of solutions

Requirements

• 2-5 years of consulting experience or relevant industry experience
• Right to work in the UK
• Preferably located near London
• Undergraduate or master’s degree from a leading university with excellent academic results
• Solid business acumen (e.g. an affinity with finance)
• An ability to think analytically, break down problems, develop hypotheses and recommendations from data, analysis, and market research
• Strong communication skills, with excellent English language skills
• Proven ability to manage client engagements
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• Proven ability to provide guidance to teams
• Own the responsibility for the quality of the engagement
