About the Role

This 18-month graduate programme offers the chance to work on real projects, solve real problems, and impact real customers within our core analytical or operational teams. You will complete three six-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete three six-month rotations across core analytical (risk, growth, fraud) or operational (BizOps, Funding, FinCrime, FP&A) teams.
• Work on real projects, solving real problems, and impacting real customers.
• Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a 2025 or 2026 Graduate.
• Must have a degree in Maths, Economics, Computer Science, Physics, or a similar field.
• Must be a curious problem solver.
• Must be a self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.
