About the Role

This role is for a Head of Liquidity Management, Cash Management, and Finance with a background in real estate project development. You will take on overall commercial responsibility for affiliated companies, acting as the primary contact for finances and cash flows within the corporate group. The position offers the potential for career growth, including future management roles in subsidiary or project companies.

Responsibilities

Assume overall commercial responsibility for affiliated companies and serve as the primary contact for finances and cash flows.
Plan and manage liquidity, allocate financial resources for affiliated companies, and monitor bank accounts.
Manage the significant cash flows of the corporate group.
Prepare and negotiate financing agreements with banks.
Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for external tax advisors and assist with ongoing financial accounting.
Monitor rental income.
Lead and develop a team of eight employees.
Act as a competent contact and sparring partner for management and managing directors of affiliated companies.
Grow into additional responsibilities over time, with the potential to take over management roles in subsidiary or project companies after successful onboarding.

Requirements

Minimum of five years of professional experience in a comparable position, such as Treasurer.
Professional experience in the real estate industry.
Good understanding of accounting, including practical experience with financial statement preparation and ongoing financial accounting.
Good basic understanding or practical experience with contract management.
Legal understanding and knowledge of real estate law are a plus.
Communicate fluently in spoken and written German.
Extreme reliability and discretion are essential due to the responsibilities involved.
