About the Role
We are building a first-of-its-kind consumer membership ecosystem from the ground up. As our Lead Product Designer, you will be one of the first foundational hires, responsible for shaping the visual and experiential DNA of a platform that will reach over 100 million users. This is an AI-first build with no legacy code or inherited design debt.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Director of Engineering to define the "ideal squad" workflow and product roadmap.
- Lead the design of our highest-priority consumer product end-to-end.
- Build and mentor a design team around you as the org scales.
- Design and test core retention loops, including onboarding flows, achievement systems, and economy design for digital and real-world experiences.
- Utilize AI tools and agents to iterate at high velocity.
- Own the end-to-end design process, from initial concept to shipping a scaled consumer product.
Requirements
- Portfolio full of shipped products or features used by millions of people.
- Experience integrating AI into your design workflow.
- Experience building from zero with a nimble team.
- Experience with what happens when a product hits massive scale.
- Thrive in ambiguity and prefer building and shipping over long, process-heavy design cycles.
- Prefer to "show" vs. "act".
