About the Role

The Technology Delivery Manager leads operational excellence and delivery performance across Mission teams by embedding Agile principles and optimizing workflows. This role is accountable for aligning delivery execution with organizational strategy, ensuring business value is delivered reliably and at pace through data-driven insights and proactive risk management.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for end-to-end delivery performance at the Mission level.
• Drive operational discipline by embedding delivery metrics into decision-making.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Identify, resolve, and prevent delivery blockers while optimizing workflows.
• Champion delivery excellence through performance monitoring and root cause analysis.
• Manage cross-team coordination and dependencies with Product and Engineering teams.
• Own dependency management and proactively manage risks.
• Partner with Engineering and Product Managers to resolve technical and business dependencies.
• Ensure realistic scoping of work to maintain delivery momentum.
• Align with Product Managers to prioritize effectively and enable informed decision-making.
• Champion and scale Agile ways of working to increase adaptability and speed to value.
• Lead high-impact retrospectives and performance reviews.

Requirements

• Expert level experience in delivery management within Agile environments such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Proven experience in risk and dependency management at the mission level.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations.
• Preferred: Experience in Agile process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Preferred: Ability to use data-driven decision-making using delivery metrics like cycle time and predictability.
• Nice-to-have: Understanding of engineering best practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, automation, and AI-Augmented workflows.
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with software development lifecycles and system architecture.
