About the Role

Oversee key aspects of the student experience, ensuring every student feels welcome, supported, and inspired. Lead a team dedicated to excellent customer care and vibrant campus life, serving as the bridge between staff and students while championing EF’s commitment to world-class service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams responsible for the student experience, fostering a positive, energetic, and customer-focused culture.
• Coordinate student services, housing, and activities to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience from arrival to departure.
• Collaborate closely with academics to deliver a seamless student journey.
• Oversee student welfare and discipline, responding proactively to issues with empathy, professionalism, and care.
• Maintain and implement high operational standards, improve processes, and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, communication and the overall student experience.
• Foster a lively, inclusive environment that encourages cultural exchange and personal growth for students from around the world.
• Contribute to broader school initiatives, planning, and operational priorities that support the success of the campus as a whole.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in student services, student unions or hospitality within an educational setting.
• Experience in managing and developing a high-performing team.
• Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with a calm, solution-driven approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Full legal right to work in Canada.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, management, hospitality or related field.
