About the Role
As a Data Engineer within the Data Factory Tribe, you will join the Data & IA Usages squad, responsible for exploring and industrializing data, data science, and AI accelerators for Crédit Agricole's regional banks. You will have a direct impact on Data & AI services, collaborating with various teams and clients to deliver customer-oriented products. This role emphasizes continuous learning, collaboration, and active listening in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop exciting projects in the BUILD phase, covering advanced data/AI use cases.
- Foster a culture focused on objectives and deliverables in data preparation, modeling, and industrialization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with CAGIP and CATS referents, other squads, architects, and OPS.
- Implement and ensure CI/CD best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, follow agile methodologies, and contribute to the evolution of the Tribe's practices.
- Ensure the run and development of product evolutions by implementing new features and use cases.
- Participate in architectural choices to define the most suitable Data solution.
- Ensure the proper implementation of MLOPS methods and unit tests.
- Implement or improve model monitoring solutions and application monitoring.
- Guarantee the proper functioning and maintenance of production products, ensuring optimal service quality.
Requirements
- Experience in data preparation, modeling, and industrialization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
- Participation in Agile ceremonies and adherence to agile methodologies.
- Understanding of MLOPS methods and unit testing.
- Experience with model monitoring and application monitoring.
- Ability to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of production products.
