About the Role
As a Supermarket Assistant, you will provide Partner-led service and passion for food, ensuring customers return by earning their trust and loyalty. Any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium of £3.75 per hour. Applicants must be 18 years or older. This role is for Waitrose Crouch End ONLY.
Responsibilities
- Stock replenishment, ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place.
- Fulfilling online customer orders for delivery.
- Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns.
- Supporting the wider shop team with checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders, and fulfilling on-demand customer orders.
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shopkeeping tasks.
Requirements
- Must be able to work in the advertised location.
- Must be able to work the advertised part-time hours.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.
Skills
- Customer facing experience is welcomed.
- Up to date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.
- Flexible approach to support the whole branch.
