About the Role

Join the Data & Business Solutions team within BRG’s finance and accounting organization. This role involves leveraging data to solve business problems through cross-functional collaboration with finance, accounting, IT, operations, and legal departments.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance of financial data processing using SQL
• Create reports using SQL Server Reporting Services and Power BI
• Improve current and future business processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design business intelligence reports, metrics, visualizations, and dashboards
• Analyze business systems to identify automation opportunities and address inefficiencies
• Define system requirements and write specifications to solve business problems
• Execute on technical solutions and create documentation
• Continuously improve, automate, and scale existing processes

Requirements

• 0-2 years of research or work experience solving technical or analytical problems
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or a similar quantitative field
• Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and collaborate across the organization
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
