About the Role
This role serves as a critical link between three executives (CEO, COO, CPO), the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and the rest of the business. The position is responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining the Toronto office as a reflection of company culture, and supporting shared services (HR, Finance, IT).
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and inboxes for executives, making judgment calls on prioritization.
- Prepare for and follow through on executive and SLT meetings, capturing clear actions and tracking accountability.
- Assist in preparing board and investor materials, including data pulling and narrative structuring.
- Draft and edit internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team.
- Lead cross-functional projects sponsored by the executive team.
- Translate company strategy into team-level goals and ensure their visibility and progress.
- Manage day-to-day office facilities, including vendor relationships and space management.
- Foster the Toronto team's culture by welcoming new hires and organizing team events.
- Serve as a local point of contact for physical needs and SLT communication.
- Support onboarding logistics, contract coordination, and administrative workflows.
- Assist IT with device and access coordination for Toronto team members.
- Handle time-sensitive tasks that cross functional lines.
- Plan and manage events, including ad-hoc responsibilities for the Dublin office.
