About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts.
• Support regulatory and marketing compliance.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts, including SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, vendor, procurement, supply chain, service, and customer/sales agreements.
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
• Proficiency in issue spotting and contract planning.
• Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
