About the Role

We are seeking Corporate Paralegals to join our legal support team and provide support to our Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain corporate records, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and minute books to ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
• File incorporation documents, corporate registrations, and amendments with federal and provincial authorities.
• Assist with mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and other corporate transactions, including due diligence and document preparation.
• Monitor and ensure timely filing of annual returns, corporate updates, and statutory documents with government agencies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate or commercial law in Canada, preferably in-house.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, incorporations, and statutory filings.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
