About the Role

This role offers high visibility across major commercial and regulatory projects, supporting senior lawyers on contract management, compliance, stakeholder liaison, and operational governance. It suits a detail-driven legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, business-facing environment and enjoys contributing to complex matters within a regulated industry undergoing significant transformation.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing base-level agreements, managing renewals and extensions.
• Drafting, marking up, and preparing materials for legal team review.
• Reviewing requirements, drafting updates, and maintaining internal communications.
• Managing calendars and supporting daily workflow.
• Scheduling professional development sessions and organizing meetings with external legal advisers.
• Maintaining accurate records, tracking documents, and supporting legal operations.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in the Brisbane office, with consistent in-person attendance required.
• Availability for approximately three days per week for the duration of the engagement.
• Capacity to start as soon as possible and step into active workflow quickly.
• Relevant legal training and experience in contracts, redlining, compliance, or general paralegal support.
