About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide clear, commercial legal advice to internal stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and supplier contracts.
- Support regulatory and marketing compliance.
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders across teams.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of significant transactional experience, preferably in an in-house environment, working on a wide variety of commercial contracts.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts in an in-house setting.
- Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external advisers.
- Proficiency in issue spotting and contract planning.
- Must have full Australian working rights and be eligible to practice in Australia.
