About the Role
We are seeking Claims Review Paralegals with claims review experience to provide support to our Fortune 500 clients. This role requires full professional fluency in French and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken contexts.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable policies, contracts, and legal standards.
- Analyze complex and legacy claims, including historical files that may be incomplete, technical, or difficult to interpret.
- Conduct detailed document review in both French and English, ensuring consistency and accuracy across bilingual materials.
- Perform discovery-related tasks, including document review, issue spotting, and organization of materials for legal proceedings.
- Execute privilege review to identify and appropriately categorize protected or confidential documents.
Requirements
- 2+ years of claims, investigations, employment experience
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
- Strong attention to detail (document-heavy review work).
- Ability to handle sensitive subject matters.
- Legal review / claims processing background.
- Must be located in Ontario
- Bilingual fluency in French and English.
