Responsibilities
- Administer routine medications in accordance with state regulations.
- Provide personal care, assistance, and supervision to residents.
- Work under the direction of Registered Nurse, Director of Wellness, or supervisor.
- Ensure residents receive compassionate and high-quality care.
Requirements
- Current and valid CMA certification.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassion and understanding of the aging process.
