About the Role

Nscale’s Supply Chain team is seeking an Order and Requisition Manager to direct the end-to-end procurement and delivery of critical AI infrastructure. This role will bridge the gap between design, sourcing/purchasing, and engineering on-site, tracking hardware requisitions to ensure timely arrival and prevent disruption of deployment timelines. It also involves quality checks and audits to verify delivered materials match purchase orders and specifications. The role requires partnership with Sourcing, Supply Chain Operations, Project Management, Finance, and Suppliers/Vendors to ensure material validation, ordering, tracking, and delivery align with business needs. This is a high-impact position for an individual with operational discipline, commercial awareness, comfort with complexity, and the ability to drive execution independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Validating requests and approving orders for facilities, ensuring purchase orders match engineering specifications.
Tracking orders for on-time delivery and mitigating disruptions for long-lead procurements.
Monitoring inbound deliveries, managing inventory, and overseeing final distribution to datacenter sites.
Serving as a point of contact between vendors, 3PLs, and procurement/sourcing teams.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement or logistics, preferably in AI or Datacenter tech environments.
Expertise in contract management and quality reviews.
Expertise in managing logistics and deliveries, including the ability to mitigate potential delays.
Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage strict asset-tracking protocols for thousands of servers, network switches, and fiber optic components.
Demonstrated ability to maintain meticulous records of asset receipt for compliance.
