About the Role
As a Data Analyst within the Tribe Growth, you will leverage data and customer insights to improve services and ensure data-driven decision-making. You will work in multidisciplinary teams to analyze customer behavior, enhance digital channels, and develop data-driven products to contribute to customer value.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior and translate findings into actionable insights and improvement proposals.
- Design targeted campaign selections that align with customer needs.
- Develop reports to track key KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
- Proactively identify opportunities and propose improvements to stakeholders.
- Translate complex business questions into clear analyses.
- Share knowledge and contribute to a fact-based culture.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in analytics, mathematics, or econometrics.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in analytics.
- Proven experience with SQL.
- Experience with visualization and dashboarding tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting complex analyses.
- Ability to present data insights clearly.
- Hands-on mentality with a quick learning ability.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with agile ways of working is a plus.
