About the Role

As a Data Analyst within the Tribe Growth, you will leverage data and customer insights to improve services and ensure data-driven decision-making. You will work in multidisciplinary teams to analyze customer behavior, enhance digital channels, and develop data-driven products to contribute to customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer behavior and translate findings into actionable insights and improvement proposals.
  • Design targeted campaign selections that align with customer needs.
  • Develop reports to track key KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and propose improvements to stakeholders.
  • Translate complex business questions into clear analyses.
  • Share knowledge and contribute to a fact-based culture.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in analytics, mathematics, or econometrics.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in analytics.
  • Proven experience with SQL.
  • Experience with visualization and dashboarding tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience conducting complex analyses.
  • Ability to present data insights clearly.
  • Hands-on mentality with a quick learning ability.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with agile ways of working is a plus.
