About the Role

JOE & THE JUICE is seeking a District Manager to lead one of their San Francisco districts. This role involves leading from the front, developing people, and driving results while upholding the company's unique culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 8–10 Store Managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences and hit growth targets.
• Ensure every store upholds the Joe & the Juice brand standards and guest-first culture.
• Translate company strategy into day-to-day execution through coaching, feedback, and hands-on leadership.
• Own the P&L for the district, overseeing planning, performance analysis, and cost management.
• Build the next generation of leaders by developing internal talent and attracting external candidates.
• Execute new company programs and initiatives in the field.
• Partner with fellow District Managers to drive consistency and share learnings.
• Maintain safe, healthy, and compliant store environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of multi-unit leadership experience in food & beverage.
• A hands-on leadership style.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Sharp analytical skills to read numbers, spot trends, and make operational decisions.
• A proven track record of improving performance across multiple locations.
