About the Role
As a Shift Supervisor, you will help keep the store vibrant by leading operations, delegating tasks, and supporting the team to ensure high energy and top-notch guest experiences. You will assist store management in maintaining smooth operations and fostering team member growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and providing feedback.
- Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and adherence to Pink Standards, reporting issues promptly.
- Support new juicer training using the Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation mantra.
- Lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions and handle feedback professionally.
- Monitor commercial targets during shifts, manage deliveries, and report accurately.
- Guide the team in supporting store sales performance.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and lead under pressure
- Passion for people, service, and personal growth
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs.
- Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
- Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects.
- Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill.
