About the Role

TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist. We are looking for a Steward to ensure our venue runs smoothly by upholding high hygiene and cleanliness standards, creating fantastic experiences for guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of all guest and teammate areas.
• Support seamless operations and experiences for all.
• Receive deliveries and work alongside logistics teams to keep delivery areas and heart of house spaces organised.
• Ensure all spaces available to guests and teammates look their best at all times, including clearing, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising.
• Be present on the venue floor during peak times to support venue operations by tidying, organising and providing general cleaning.
• Be hands-on and spot when support is needed, taking the initiative to provide this to enhance guests experience and to support teammates.
• Provide deep cleaning of spaces and upkeep football boxes.
• Provide additional support across the venue when required.
• Adhere to all compliance and Health & Safety processes/procedures at all times.
• Greet and support guests through their journey to provide a best-in-class experience.
• Have an eye for opportunity to exceed expectations in a positive, surprising and delightful manner.
• Provide clear and concise communication to teammates to minimise disruption to guests.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in housekeeping, or similar.
• A punctual and reliable individual with a great attitude and work ethic!
• A quick learner with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about delivering top-quality experiences.
• A willingness and desire to make people happy and deliver genuine and memorable experiences.
• Ready to roll up sleeves and get stuck in (and help out other departments and teammates!).
• Must be available to attend an interview between 6th May and 13th May.
• Must be available for training between 6th June and 20th June.
