About the Role

Matis is expanding its product team and seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the company's investor applications. This role is crucial for managing the existing PSFP application and configuring a new SaaS solution for the upcoming "Société de gestion" status, requiring rapid onboarding and significant autonomy in a demanding, structured environment with constant interaction with internal teams and external providers.

Responsibilities

  • Pilot the Invest Matis application functionally.
  • Gather and analyze business team needs.
  • Prioritize platform evolutions aligned with company objectives.
  • Write functional specifications and user stories.
  • Organize testing and validation phases.
  • Monitor development by technical teams and providers.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the user experience.
  • Administer and evolve business tools.
  • Participate in the deployment and configuration of SaaS tools.
  • Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational processes.
  • Identify automation and productivity gain opportunities.
  • Oversee integrations between company tools.
  • Serve as the internal reference for application tools.
  • Support the "Société de Gestion" project.
  • Participate in the selection and implementation of SaaS for "Société de gestion" activities.
  • Translate needs from compliance, operations, and finance teams into functional solutions.
  • Ensure functional configuration and monitor software evolution.
  • Guarantee tool alignment with regulatory and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate transversally.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Investment, Compliance, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor projects and communicate progress.
  • Train and support users in adopting new tools.

Requirements

  • Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or business application management.
  • Ability to formalize processes and functional needs.
  • Good understanding of SaaS environments and tool integrations.
  • Strong sensitivity to user experience.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Notion, Jira, or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of data and reporting challenges.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, insurance, asset management, or investment platform environments is appreciated.
  • Experience with regulatory or investor management tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing and organizational skills.
  • High execution capacity, sense of priorities, and enjoyment of fast-growing environments.
  • High standards for deliverable quality, rigorous project tracking, and attention to detail.
