About the Role

For our project Perspektive mit Kind in Berlin-Reinickendorf, we are seeking a Social Worker (m/w/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. The program is aimed at job-seeking parents, single parents, or individuals with primary responsibility for childcare, with an existing connection to the Jobcenter. Many participants have a migration background, often with limited German language skills and lacking social integration. The focus is on individual support through case management and needs-based counseling, aiming to develop prospects and strengthen self-determined living through targeted psychosocial counseling, support, qualification, and/or employment.

Salary/Compensations

Starting from €3,540.00 per month
