About the Role

As a Jobcoach for the 'CoLe - Coaching for Employable Benefit Recipients with Income' project in Berlin-Reinickendorf, you will support participants through individual and group coaching, guiding them towards successful job searching, internship placement, or professional development. The project focuses on helping employable benefit recipients who aim for self-employment or starting a business as an alternative to traditional employment. Participants will receive education on the fundamental aspects of the founding process. Responsibilities

Conduct individual coaching sessions.
Lead small group sessions.
Assess and analyze participants' strengths, skills, and experiences to identify their professional potential.
Assist with active job searching, selecting suitable job offers, and preparing for interviews.
Provide training on digital competencies.
Facilitate internships or other practical work opportunities for professional development and labor market entry.
Manage documentation and reporting.
Advise on the recognition of foreign qualifications.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

Recognized professional or university degree.
Minimum one year of professional experience in the vocational and social integration of the target group.
Experience in application coaching, creating application documents, and business plans is advantageous.
Empathy and professionalism when interacting with individuals in challenging life situations.
Proficient in using digital media and ability to teach their practical application.
Comprehensive knowledge of current application methods (e.g., online portals, email applications, platforms like LinkedIn/XING).
Experience in creating, revising, and adapting application documents (digital & analog).
Practical knowledge of modern application formats, including digital portfolios, video applications, and one-pagers/portfolio presentations.
Proficient with online communication and video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom).
Knowledge of digital selection processes (online tests, virtual assessment centers, video interviews) is beneficial.
Good knowledge of the regional labor market and requirements of various industries.
Minimum one year of experience in the vocational and social integration of the target group.
