About the Role
As part of the early team, you'll play a fundamental role in shaping the company, from strategy and product decisions to scaling the team and shaping the future of AI agents. Your focus will be to build out world-class infrastructure servicing millions of requests a day and growing, architect, implement, and scale the application, iterate quickly without compromising on quality, and deeply understand the customer.

Requirements
- Knows how to balance short-term and long-term speed
- Proven experience scaling production applications
- Interest in AI products and tools (ideally has built with them, or is an avid user)
- Growth mindset
- Willing to do whatever it takes to solve a problem
- Must be in person in San Francisco (or willing to relocate)
- Candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship from the employer now or in the future.
