About the Role

Vogo is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the consumer product experience across the entire traveler journey, from acquisition and discovery to post-booking engagement. This strategic and execution-focused leadership role involves driving conversion, retention, and long-term traveler value while managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, execution, and performance across the consumer journey
  • Drive top-of-funnel growth and conversion optimization for web and mobile
  • Own SEO-driven product initiatives and programmatic content strategies
  • Manage core booking funnel experiences including search, pricing, and checkout
  • Develop promotional systems, loyalty programs, and membership value propositions
  • Oversee post-booking experiences including itinerary management and support workflows
  • Enhance traveler trust, transparency, and review systems
  • Identify and drive ancillary monetization opportunities
  • Manage account experiences, lifecycle journeys, and personalization initiatives
  • Mentor and grow a team of Product Managers
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics
  • Drive prioritization across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, and Marketing
  • Establish product processes and experimentation frameworks

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in consumer/B2C products
  • 2+ years managing Product Managers or leading multi-area product initiatives
  • Proven experience optimizing consumer funnels, conversion, and retention metrics
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution
  • Deep understanding of experimentation, analytics, and growth frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments
