About the Role

As part of NTT DATA, a leading provider of enterprise and technology services, AI, and digital infrastructure, you will consult and manage demanding customer projects in the SAP environment, focusing on sustainable results and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for FI and/or CO sub-projects in national and international S/4HANA transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Consulting and managing demanding customer projects in the SAP environment with a focus on sustainable results and customer satisfaction.
• Taking responsibility for FI and/or CO sub-projects in national and international S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid).
• Developing processes, concepts, and templates in Finance & Controlling based on best and industry practices and driving their continuous improvement.
• Leading customer workshops, identifying optimization potential, supporting strategic decisions in the Finance environment, and implementing customizing in the SAP system.
• Providing technical leadership and presales support, as well as actively developing the consulting portfolio.
• Contributing innovative ideas for AI-supported and automated Finance processes and ensuring the seamless integration of Finance, Controlling, and Logistics processes.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
• Fluent German (at least C1 level) and very good English language skills.
• Minimum 6 years of SAP project experience with a focus on Finance (FI) and/or Controlling (CO).
• In-depth knowledge of integration with Logistics (MM, SD, PP).
• Experience with S/4HANA, ideally in S/4 HANA implementation projects, with knowledge of basic scope items in your FI and/or CO environment.
• Experience with AI, AI tools, Analytics, or Predictive Accounting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and consulting skills, motivation, and a leadership mindset.
• Team player, self-motivated, analytical, goal-oriented, and confident in customer interactions.
