About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Partner Operations Consultant to join our global Alliances Operations team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our delivery partners, building strong relationships and proactively addressing queries.
- Oversee the entire partner journey, from onboarding and training to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with the Alliances Operations Lead to identify, implement, and document new processes to establish and share best practices globally.
- Enforce data standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of all partner-related data.
- Monitor the sales pipeline to forecast partner resource needs, ensuring alignment between sales and delivery teams.
- Manage the deployment of partner resources to meet project demands and skill requirements.
- Collaborate with commercial and legal teams to support the negotiation and finalization of partner contracts and rate cards.
- Analyse partner data to create clear, insightful reports that help leadership make informed decisions.
- Track and manage partner-related budgets, contract renewals, and invoice approvals.
- Work closely with internal Alliances, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure information flows smoothly.
- Advise partners on team development, including training and resourcing requirements, to build a center of excellence.
Requirements
- Solid experience in Alliances Operations, Partner Management, or a similar operational role, ideally within a technology or consulting environment.
- Good working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to create and maintain reports.
- Direct experience with resource and capacity planning for service delivery.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management, including supporting the drafting and negotiation of rate cards.
- Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools (like Kantata) or CRM platforms (like Salesforce) is highly preferred.
- A natural and transparent communicator who builds trust.
- A proactive, confident self-starter with a solution-driven approach.
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who actively works to connect people and information.
- Enthusiasm for learning new tools and methodologies.
