About the Role

As a Software Engineer in the Decision Systems team, you will shape critical components of our Decision Intelligence platform. You will work across the software stack to turn complex data into actionable insights, focusing on agentic AI tooling, enhancing scoring capabilities, and building tools for detection logic. This role involves end-to-end feature ownership, stakeholder management, and collaboration with product and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Build new tooling to allow users to configure detection logic effectively
Enhance the platform to apply existing scores across a wider range of scenarios
Improve system performance to ensure efficient analysis of large datasets
Manage stakeholders and collaborate with product and delivery teams
Take features from concept to release

Requirements

Experience designing, building, and delivering high-quality, well-engineered solutions
Ability to take a big-picture approach to problem-solving
Commercial Scala experience or Functional Programming experience with languages such as Java
Experience with the full engineering life cycle from design to deployment
Passion and drive to grow within a fast-growing scale-up
