About the Role

We are seeking a candidate with strong technical and business solution expertise to join our high-performing Solution Engineering team in North America. You will articulate complex technical concepts clearly, deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations, and build trust with stakeholders through value-driven conversations. The Quantexa Solution Engineering team shapes the early stages of the customer journey, identifying and positioning the right solutions tailored to prospect needs and guiding them through a clear, outcome-driven strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate the value and impact of the Quantexa Decision Intelligence Platform.
  • Identify and position the right Quantexa solution tailored to each prospect’s specific needs.
  • Guide prospects through a clear, outcome-driven solution strategy.
  • Be a functional expert in Quantexa’s platform and products.
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of banking practices and regulatory environments.
  • Articulate and present the value of our platform.
  • Represent Quantexa at industry events, customer meetings, and webinars.
  • Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Drive winning proposals, including RFPs and RFIs.
  • Strategically own the design and execution of PoCs and trials.
  • Lead the design and iteration of tailored solutions.
  • Design, adapt and deliver customised product demonstrations.
  • Expertly guide and shape discovery sessions with prospects and partners.

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercially focused, technical role such as Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Sales, or Value Consulting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Track record of effective customer engagement.
  • Ability to captivate audiences of all sizes.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to travel across North America (25 – 40%).
  • Domain expertise across at least 2 of the use cases across the realms of financial services (Risk, Anti-Financial Crime, Anti-fraud, AML, KYC, CRM) or in more general data management concepts (data quality, data warehousing, data fabric, etc.).
  • Strong technology knowledge, particularly in enterprise software environments.
  • Successfully led a minimum of five extensive proving engagements (PoCs, early implementation phases, technical workshops, prototypes, bespoke demonstrations, business cases).
  • Confident in presenting and pitching solutions to senior stakeholders at Tier 1 organisations.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and best practices that elevate Solution Engineering performance.

Skills

  • Strong expertise in data-driven, analytical solutions such as Entity Resolution, Graph Generation, Advanced Analytics, and MDM.
  • Domain knowledge in areas such as Risk, Anti-Financial Crime, AML, KYC, CRM.
  • Deep technical expertise in data storage, processing and containerisation technology such as Cloud or On-prem Distributed File Systems, Spark, Databricks, Kubernetes, Open Search, Elastic Search.
  • Experience working with scale-up companies.
  • Experience to Quantexa’s partner ecosystem (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Elasticsearch).
