About the Role

We are seeking a Solution Engineer to join our high-performing team in North America. You will collaborate with regional peers across Alliances, Sales, Marketing, and Product to win strategic sales opportunities. This role requires strong technical and business solution expertise to articulate complex concepts clearly and deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate the value and impact of the Quantexa Decision Intelligence Platform.
  • Identify and position the right Quantexa solution tailored to each prospect’s specific needs.
  • Guide prospects through a clear, outcome-driven solution strategy.
  • Be a functional expert in Quantexa’s platform and products.
  • Demonstrate understanding of multiple areas of government (Tax or VAT evasion; customs and border risk assessments; public security; and benefits fraud, waste, and abuse).
  • Articulate and present the value of our platform, demonstrating how Quantexa solves specific pain points.
  • Represent Quantexa at industry events, customer meetings, and webinars.
  • Own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, working alongside Sales, Architects, Product, and SMEs.
  • Drive winning proposals, including RFPs and RFIs.
  • Strategically own the design and execution of PoCs and trials.
  • Lead the design and iteration of tailored solutions.
  • Design, adapt and deliver customized product demonstrations.
  • Expertly guide and shape discovery sessions with prospects and partners.
  • Uncover core business challenges and technical needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in a commercially focused, technical role such as Solution Engineering, Presales, Technical Sales, or Value Consulting selling software solutions within public sector organisations and departments.
  • Domain expertise across multiple areas of government (Tax or VAT evasion; customs and border risk assessments; public security; and benefits fraud, waste, and abuse).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience across at least two solution areas [e.g. Financial Crime, Data Management, Customer 360], with deep expertise in at least one of them within the banking sector.
  • Strong technology knowledge, particularly in enterprise software environments.
  • Successfully led a minimum of five extensive proving engagements (PoCs, early implementation phases, technical workshops, prototypes, bespoke demonstrations, business cases).
  • Confident in presenting and pitching solutions to senior stakeholders within government organisations.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and best practices that elevate Solution Engineering performance.
  • Fluent English.
