Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and conduct regular communication.

- Promote contract renewals and upsells.
- Support the introduction of new initiatives.
- Liaise and report with global teams.
- Respond to inquiries regarding overseas data services.
- Plan, create materials for, and conduct customer training.
- Create, quality check, and deliver data.
- Handle system and access-related issues.
Requirements
