About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead projects in Finance Transformation and S/4HANA Finance independently.
• Advise national and international clients on the conception, planning, and realization of transformation strategies.
• Develop customized finance operating models, process designs, and roadmaps for the digital future.
• Apply best practices, SAP standards, and compliance requirements in solution development.
• Identify and implement process optimizations in finance and tax functions.
• Support presales activities, proposal preparation, and the development of our consulting portfolio.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Finance consulting, preferably in a consulting firm or client projects.
• Fluent German (C1 level minimum) and very good English skills.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance and SAP ERP Finance.
• Experience in template design, rollouts, and global transformations.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong methodological competence in Finance & Controlling.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills, high degree of initiative, and sense of responsibility.
