About the Role

Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is seeking an Armed Security Specialist to join our rapidly growing, veteran-owned, nationwide security company. This role offers opportunities for growth, training, and promotion within the local area and across the US. We are looking for individuals with personal responsibility, integrity, and a desire to do serious work that matters.

Responsibilities

• Control access to facilities.
• Investigate and report safety hazards.
• Conduct patrols in a company-marked vehicle (if driving history is exemplary).
• Conduct foot patrols to maintain visibility and observe activities.
• Deter theft and vandalism.
• Ensure a safe and professional work environment.
• Maintain concise and complete daily administrative documentation.
• Adhere to uniform and grooming standards.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies.
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
• Must be able to provide body armor (tactical outer carrier, concealed inner carrier, 3a+ soft armor, duty belt with MOLLE attachments, OC spray, handcuffs, and baton).
• Must provide own duty weapon with at least 2 spare magazines.
• Must have an exemplary driving history with no tickets, accidents, or marks against the driver's license to be eligible for vehicle patrols.
