About the Role

The Operational Excellence department drives company-wide process standardization and efficiency to achieve sustainable operational improvement and organizational transformation. This position will manage and operate current business processes, analyze cross-functional processes, data flows, and systems to drive future business improvements and operational optimization. The role will also promote the implementation and adoption of business improvement initiatives using new technologies such as digital tools and AI.

Responsibilities

Drive standardization, simplification, and efficiency of business processes within the assigned domain.
Support business efficiency improvements through systemization, automation, and digital utilization.
Identify business challenges and lead the planning and execution of improvement measures.
Promote continuous business improvement activities using KPIs and operational data.
Collaborate with Senior Managers to drive the execution of Operational Excellence strategies.
Foster an environment where everyone can work efficiently and with peace of mind through process standardization and continuous improvement.
Closely collaborate with relevant departments (Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Finance, Compliance, Technology) to drive company-wide business improvements and transformation initiatives, including P2P events.
Facilitate consensus building by coordinating interests and priorities among relevant departments.
Drive business design and change management for new process, system, and digital solution implementations.
Propose business improvements and productivity enhancements based on data and business performance.
Achieve improvements in business quality and service levels through collaboration with external vendors.
Manage the overall operational process for P2P events and event application systems.
Oversee the operation of the Hub system and related systems.
Visualize event performance, operational status, and compliance metrics using the event dashboard, and promote data-driven business improvements and operational quality enhancement.
Promote an operational and system environment where users can adhere to appropriate procedures.
Provide operational support for national lectures.
Efficiently and stably manage marketing-related non-core operations.
Manage the work of event coordinators.
Improve business quality and optimize costs through vendor management.
Oversee national lecture-related operations (logistics, contracts, expense management, etc.).
Promote business standardization and continuous improvement.
Manage the operation of the Purchase Order process, ensuring proper adherence to internal policies and purchasing procedures.
Promote operational quality improvement through business process standardization and continuous improvement.
Oversee the supply operations for promotional materials and sales equipment, ensuring efficient and stable operation.
Optimize related processes and systems using data and business performance.
Promote service quality improvement and continuous business improvement through vendor management.

Requirements

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Experience in driving business process analysis and improvement projects.
Logical thinking and problem-solving skills to structure business challenges and develop/execute solutions.
Experience in promoting projects involving multiple departments.
Vendor management experience.
Basic business communication skills in English.
