About the Role
Directed Content Analysts are responsible for sourcing the highest-quality and most-relevant experts based on research project scopes. Analysts will develop a deep understanding of target profiles within assigned industry territories, leveraging research skills and an inquisitive mindset to find suitable individuals. They will also communicate with prospective experts to evaluate their suitability and onboard the best candidates.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify the best-fit experts for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to confirm and refine project scopes.
- Perform email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
- Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and project fit.
- Document experts’ relevant experience clearly and concisely for evaluation.
- Address expert questions and objections to maximize onboarding rates.
- Negotiate expert rates to minimize costs while aligning payment with insight value.
- Support the scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors.
- Monitor calls and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate/expert evaluation.
- Proficient German speakers (C1/C2 levels).
