About the Role
Join the talented team at Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco at Embarcadero as a Guestroom Attendant. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the world's leading luxury hotel company, working in an environment that pairs a strong commitment to excellent service and authentic experiences with an emphasis on creativity and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean linen
- Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom)
- Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas
- Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings
- Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pen
Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of housekeeping experience, luxury hotel preferred
- Must be able to cope with stress and work in a high volume operation
- Must be able to prioritize and multi-task
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
Skills
- Reading proficiency
- Written proficiency
- Oral proficiency in the English language
