About the Role

As a Planner for Electrical Engineering (m/f/d), you will work within our multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers on building construction and infrastructure projects in Germany. Our environment is internationally influenced by large and medium-sized clients from abroad, but also includes private German and public clients. We plan and build in existing structures as well as new constructions.

Responsibilities

• Planning of electrical engineering systems in cost group 440
• Planning of telecommunications and information technology systems in cost group 450
• Preparation of cost calculations
• Participation in due diligence and feasibility studies
• Project-specific collaboration in interdisciplinary and partly multinational teams, possibly including site supervision (LPH8 HOAI)

Requirements

• Planner of electrical engineering with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in the German market
• Experience in all service phases of HOAI
• Interest in BIM and the ability to work in the BIM360 Cloud or application
• Team player
• Fluent German and English skills (Spanish and Polish are an additional advantage)
• Affinity for AI tools and the willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies; experience with AI-supported applications is an advantage
