About the Role

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and automated cloud platforms to support software delivery and operational environments. The role focuses on infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD enablement, container platforms, and identity/access management across Azure and OpenShift environments. You will implement robust DevSecOps practices ensuring reliability, security, and repeatability of deployments in a multi-environment ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines: Azure & GitHub
Build and operate containerised platforms using Kubernetes, Openshift and Docker
Build, deploy, and automate hybrid cloud-native workloads utilizing Azure services and Azure Red Hat OpenShift (ARO) infrastructure
Deploy platform environments across development, test, and production

Requirements

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Cloud platform engineering & DevOps/DevSecOps engineering
Bachelor’s degree in computer science & software engineering
Experience in Azure services, Docker and Kubernetes
Ability to obtain and maintain Australian defence security clearance
Must be Australian citizen
Ability to work in hybrid environment from Homebush office (2 – 3 days on site)
Overseas and interstate travel
