Responsibilities

Act as the key technical and commercial bridge between Pax8, vendors, and partners
Translate complex product capabilities into clear and actionable insights for internal teams and customers
Analyze business requirements and align them with vendor solutions to drive adoption
Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and enablement strategies
Deliver product expertise through training sessions, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing
Identify opportunities for process improvements and product optimisation
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless partner experience

Requirements

Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value
Substantial experience working with cloud technologies, SaaS products, or vendor ecosystems
Demonstrated analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Proven experience supporting product lifecycle activities or business analysis functions
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, evolving environments
A curious, proactive approach with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Hold valid right to work in Philippines
