Responsibilities

• Understand clients' business problems and engage in client servicing to manage peer-level client relationships.
• Develop accurate and realistic design plans with risk mitigation solutions for projects.
• Liaise with Information Architects, Designers & Business Analysts to finalize usability and feasibility of interface designs.
• Effectively communicate responsibilities to track leads and mentor a collaborative team to deliver client expectations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a background in Computer Science (or equivalent) and deep mastery of core fundamentals that drive scalable, testable architecture.
• Hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), spanning both backend and frontend technologies.
• Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests across the full stack.
• Proven understanding of how AI agents are built – agent framework, prompt design, tool and function calling, orchestration, memory, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Ability to evaluate non-deterministic LLM and agent output by defining evals, assertions, and quality metrics, and instrumenting agents for tracing and observability (OpenTelemetry, CloudWatch).
