About the Role

As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the holistic and independent personnel support of all colleagues, including the implementation of projects to optimize the HR strategy and the HR action plan. You will also contribute to the budgeting of the house, support department heads in team assembly, and manage all personnel records in collaboration with external payroll accounting. You will act as a host and leader for all employees, train new arrivals, and identify and develop talent.
